Do drivers need an app?
No. NoctoPay runs in the phone's browser. A driver scans a QR code, the payment page opens with their stay pre-filled, and they pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or any card.
What if a driver pays but the gate doesn't open?
The exit camera reads the plate and matches it to the paid session in Core; if the plate can't be read, the intercom puts the driver through to your team with the lane image on screen, and the payment record is already there.
How is NoctoPay priced?
Per transaction. There is no setup fee, monthly fee or hardware charge — the rate is set for your volume and portfolio.
