What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of noctopark.com, operated by Noctoptics Inc. of Laval, Québec. By using the site you accept them.

They do not govern the NoctoPark products and services themselves. If you buy, licence or have NoctoPark installed, that relationship is set out in the quote, order form and agreement between you and Noctoptics Inc. Where those documents and this page disagree, those documents prevail.

The information on this site

We keep this site accurate and current, but it describes a product that changes. Specifications, capabilities, availability and figures may be updated without notice, and some figures are measured on particular installations rather than guaranteed for yours.

Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty, or professional advice. A site layout, a camera count or a price is confirmed in a written quote, not on a web page.

The text, images, diagrams, software and design of this site belong to Noctoptics Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright. NoctoPark, NoctoPay, NoctoPass, NoctoSync, NoctoGate, NoctoWave and Noctoptics are trademarks of Noctoptics Inc.

You may read, print and share pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy the site's content into your own materials, resell it, or use our names and logos without written permission. Other names and logos that appear belong to their owners and are used to identify products and customers, not to imply endorsement.
